Background

This audio recording was taken on the 12th of March. It was a Sunday and even though Felicity was already banned from seeing me, she had called me to pick her up and I brought her back to my place where we were going to watch a movie. Before the movie started, I asked her about what the Respondent had said that Felicity was telling her (ie. that on the evening of 5th March, I had made Felicity sleep downstairs alone on the sofa bed while Grandma slept with me upstairs in my bedroom). Although I knew she never would have told the Respondent that (since it never happened), I asked her “why would you want to tell Mommy…”, expecting her to reply “I didn’t!”. But instead she just decided not to talk about it.
